Judith Richardson is an Author, Chief and Vegetarian Cuisine Health Food Instructor. She received her certification from Briggs University in Maryland. Judith, in 1994 began to focus more on her vegan culinary skills, developing more than 200 unique creative dishes. Some of these great tasting recipes can be found in her book “Seconds Please”. This book have been sold in the USA, Caribbean, Australia and the UK. Her delicious cooking was enjoyed by many, from her vegan restaurant in the city of Orlando, Florida. From this venue she served her loyal customers which also include school lunches, office parties, church functions and festive parties. She currently shares her knowledge and experience by hosting vegan cooking demonstration and seminars at locations such as William Sonoma, Whole Foods, Fitness Clubs and churches in the cities of Orlando, New York and Maryland. Judith has also appeared on the 3ABN Christian Network.
